CICA Method UV BASE MILK contains the primary constituents centella asiatica leaf extract and plant extracts that have been used for centuries in Japan. 
It is a morning sunscreen that can be used as a primer for makeup, formulated with the CICA method to prevent rough skin. A UV-blocking lotion that improves skin clarity and tone, and a primer that conceals pores.
