Sevikar 20/5 mg Tablets are indicated for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults who require combination therapy. Each tablet contains olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker. Together, they relax blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and help reduce the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attacks and strokes. Sevikar is prescribed when blood pressure is not adequately controlled by either medication alone. Regular use helps maintain stable blood pressure and supports heart and kidney health.
