The pack contains four boxes of Probiobal Digest, each containing 30 mandarin-flavoured chewable tablets. They do not require water and combine two bacterial strains, fructooligosaccharides and B vitamins.

Per tablet: B. longum BB536 15 mg, L. rhamnosus GG 12.5 mg, FOS 50 mg, vitamin B2 0.27 mg and vitamin B12 0.52 micrograms.

How should it be used or taken?

Chew two tablets a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, after a meal. If you are taking any medication, leave a two-hour gap before or after taking this product due to its fibre content.
