Directions for use

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with plenty of liquid.

Ingredients

Magnesium oxide, sodium salts of uridine 5’-phosphoric acid (UMP), coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: cellulose, cytidine 5’-monophosphate (CMP), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, safflower, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and cyanocobalamin.
