Heat Compression Function:

• Promote blood circulation
• Relief ache & pain – stomach ache, back ache, stiff neck, menstrual cramp, stress related illness etc
• Improve milk flow for breastfeeding

Cold Compression Function:

• Relief pain and discomfort 
• Relief migraine, headache, toothache, fever, tendon injury, sprain, sports injury etc
• Place in microwave for 1 to 3 minutes in medium high / 
• Soak in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes
• Relief pain or discomfort of breast engorgement during breastfeeding

Direction of Use

Heat Therapy:

Cold Therapy:

1. Place in refrigerator for an hour (not frozen)
