What is it and what is it used for?

Neo Magnesium Complex + Vitamin B6 is a food supplement that supports the proper functioning of the muscular, nervous and osteoarticular systems. It contains three forms of magnesium (oxide, citrate and bisglycinate), combined with vitamin B6 for maximum absorption and effectiveness.

Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports the normal functioning of the muscles and the nervous system, and helps maintain bones in a normal condition. Vitamin B6, meanwhile, supports normal energy metabolism and enhances the absorption of the mineral. The combination of the three magnesium salts allows you to benefit from the high concentration of the oxide, together with the high bioavailability and digestive tolerance of the citrate and bisglycinate.

Directions for use

Take 1 to 3 capsules a day, with a glass of water.

Contraindications

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store the container in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Contains a sweetener: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
