Lorinase Syrup is formulated with loratadine, a non-sedating antihistamine, and pseudoephedrine sulfate, a decongestant. This combination effectively alleviates symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes. It also addresses nasal congestion associated with the common cold. Recommended dosage is 10 ml (two teaspoonfuls) twice daily for adults and children over 12 years; 5 ml (one teaspoonful) twice daily for children aged 6 to 12 years weighing over 30 kg.
