Lorinase-D is a combination medication that combines loratadine, a non-drowsy antihistamine, with pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, a decongestant. This combination effectively alleviates symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, including nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and watery, itchy eyes. The extended-release formula provides relief for up to 12 hours. The recommended dosage is one tablet twice daily (every 12 hours). It's important to swallow the tablet whole without breaking, crushing, or chewing. Lorinase-D is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
