SomniLove is a powdered supplement with glycine, L-theanine, passionflower and lemon balm, designed to promote sleep onset and maintenance without melatonin.

Instructions for use

Magnesium take 2 capsules a day, preferably 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime.
SomniLove dissolve 6 g in 150 ml of water, preferably warm in the evening.
