Composition

Active ingredient: 0.9% sodium chloride. Other ingredients: sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate and purified water.

How is it used or taken?

Administer rectally only. Remove the protective sheath, carefully insert the cannula and squeeze the container gently and steadily. The general dosage is one or two enemas a day, depending on the clinical presentation. Each vial is for single use only.

For adults and children over two years of age when bowel cleansing is required. Before a test or procedure, follow the instructions given by your healthcare professional.

Precautions for use

Do not use in children under two years of age or in cases of allergy to any of its ingredients. Stop use if resistance is felt. Benzalkonium chloride may cause local irritation. Do not use for more than six consecutive days. If bowel movement does not occur, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
