Directions for use

Take 2 capsules a day; 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch, with a glass of water.

Ingredients

Maize starch; freeze-dried Hafnia alvei HA4597® bacterial strain; zinc (zinc bisglycinate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; chromium (chromium picolinate). Vegetarian capsule: coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); gelling agent (gellan gum).
