Directions for use

Take 2 capsules a day after a meal with a glass of water, or as advised by a healthcare professional.

Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate, ATA Mg® [magnesium acetyl taurate], magnesium malate); bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate).
