Directions for use

Take 1 to 4 capsules a day; dosage may be adjusted as required: 1 capsule a day: to manage chronic anxiety; 2 capsules a day: to manage temporary anxiety (giving up smoking, dieting, moving house, separations, bereavements, etc.) 4 capsules per day: to manage anxiety caused by a specific event (flying, exams, medical check-ups, etc.)

Ingredients: Lactium® hydrolysed milk decapeptide, maize maltodextrin, capsule: gelatine, ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, colouring agent: calcium carbonate, D-biotin (vitamin H).
