INGREDIENTS

Fructose syrup, water, melatonin, citric acid (acidifier), flavouring, sodium benzoate (preservative) and potassium sorbate (preservative).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take 6 drops before going to bed, preferably at the same time each day. Administer the drops directly into the mouth or diluted in a drink. 6 drops of Aquilea Sueño contain 1 mg of melatonin.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not take during pregnancy and/or whilst breastfeeding.

Helps to reduce the time taken to fall asleep , with a dose of 1 mg of melatonin taken shortly before bedtime.
