It is recommended to counteract heartburn, in the treatment of hiatus hernia and digestive discomfort during pregnancy. It is also indicated in cases of increased risk of magnesium deficiency (pregnancy, lactation, puberty, anxiety, etc.), to supplement diets poor in this element, for the health of the skeleton and musculature (cramps, tics, contractures) and especially recommended for people with magnesium deficiency and digestive sensitivity.

Instructions for use

Take 1 teaspoon twice a day. Average content per daily dose of 2 teaspoons (1.2 g): magnesium 289 mg (77% NRV*). If you do not have acidity, it is recommended to take with lemon juice, orange juice, yoghurt or any acidic food.
