How to Use

1. Remove the outer cap from the top of roll-on bottle.
2. Apply directly on the neck and chest.
3. Apply directly onto the soles of the feet.
4. Apply a little amount to the sides of the pillow.

Steam Inhalation At Home

(Colds, Allergies, Sinuses)

Vapour inhalation 

1. Prepare a bowl of hot water. 

2. Add a few drops of Onion essential oil to the hot water. 

3. Drape a towel over the back of the head. 

4. Slowly lower your head toward the hot water, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. 

*Suggestion : For 3 years old and above Do not steam longer than 10 – 15 minutes for each session. Repeat steam inhalation two or three times per day if needed.
